One such example is “Harvard Yard”, painted in 1965. That same year, Hollywood actor Vincent Price visited Australia, with headlines declaring “A Man with $100,000 to Spend.” Price was in the country on a buying mission for the American department store Sears Roebuck, where he served as an art consultant. On that occasion, he acquired Lynn’s “Harvard Yard”.
